DMCA and content removal
Last updated: October 26, 2026
TubeHub respects copyright and the privacy of every person. If you own content that appears here without permission, or you appear in a video without your consent, tell us and we will review and remove it.
Appear in a video without consent, or content involving a minor? Email [email protected] with the video link. These reports are handled first, usually within 24 hours, and do not require proof of copyright. Content involving minors is reported to the relevant authorities.
Copyright removal (DMCA notice)
Send your notice to [email protected] and include:
- The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on TubeHub where the content appears.
- A description of the original work and, if possible, a link to where it is published by you.
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).
We normally act on complete notices within 2–3 business days. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we ask for missing details.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with: the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and your signature.
Repeat infringers
Sources or partners that repeatedly provide infringing content will be permanently blocked from the site.
Misuse
Knowingly sending a false removal notice may make you liable for damages. Please only send notices for content you own or represent.
